It’s fairly easy to use, but it’s super buggy when it gets updates. It wouldn’t let me sign in for a while. And it won’t let me clock out right now because of some time zone issue? But my clock in and clock out time are both exactly the same. The worst part is that there is no tech support to help me out. This is my money you are dealing with.

Why would anyone require their employees to use this useless app? I was able to log in and clock in, once. Then I tried to navigate to another area of the limited app and got booted out. Two hours later after my shift I tried to clock out and couldn’t. Went through all the usual steps, power off, reset the app, redownloaded the app, nothing worked. Such a waste. One star because I can’t save the review with no stars!
