Recurrent crashes, cart/checkout failures, and session logout issues break the ordering flow. The UI is hindered by intrusive promos and navigation challenges, while important invoice data is missing in PDFs. Improvements in stability, cart reliability, session handling, and invoice export would be critical to restore confidence.

This app is absolutely horrible. It’s great for finding products and never having to see a sales rep. But I never know when new products are available. This app consistently has bugs, I can’t see my custom shopping list with all my products, I have to go alphabetical just to see all the products that I carry. This app is glitchy and sensitive. One miss click and you’ve added all your products to the truck. Now you have to restart and try again. This app has pros but the cons vastly outweigh them. If I could give zero stars I would.
