The Swiipr app reviews indicate a largely nonfunctional experience. The main pain points are repeated OTP/login failures, sign-up barriers, and broken voucher redemption flows with invalid or unworkable links/PNR checks. Even when access is possible, card funding and transactions frequently fail or disappear from Wallet. Usability is poor and help support is often unhelpful, making the overall experience frustrating and unreliable for airline delay compensation.

Recent reviews

Letting go the fact that British Airways offered me a whopping $9 credit for something that completely messed up my travel plans, this app needs serious improvements. It prompts you to enter a phone number which if you type it too fast, it doesn’t accept all the digits. If you type it slow it works. Then you have to verify with a OTP via SMS which doesn’t work unless you have cell signal. It then tells me I’m not an existing user and I have to sign up. Repeat all that again. Finally it gives me the card to add in Apple Pay. This process needs streamlined. Way too many steps for a small credit.
