Users report a consistently unstable CN Express Pass app with slow loading, frequent crashes, and data errors. The biggest pain points include having to re-enter the same details at kiosks, poor login/session behavior (logouts, password prompts, data-not-found errors), and missing features (QR scanning, location search, accurate locating). Many say the old ModalPass was easier and that changes to personal information (driver’s license/state) aren’t editable. Overall, reliability and workflow friction overshadow any potential benefits.

I have had to use the kiosk every single time, even when i plan a load in the app it doesnt work for ingates. now im trying to update the mandatory training and it wont even let me log in, cn doesnt give you any other option than the app
