This is an ok digital frame. My main complaint is that I don’t have access to all photos. My daughter-in-law uploads pics for me also. But I cannot see those in the app or remove any she has added. Plus it continually says that the frame is off-line when she goes to add pics. We have to unplug frame & plug in again & it will show up then.

I cannot tell you just how extremely frustrating this app is proving to be! You cannot add photos to the frame through it after the initial set up. My children CAN NOT send any photos to my frame. WHAT?!?! FALSE ADVERTISING! We have done everything we can find to do to figure this STUPID, irritating piece of junk out, to no avail. It is hopeless. What a rip off. Before you throw away the box-TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE!

Two frames and two duds. This product shouldn’t be on the market. Poor customer service. Ended up trashing the second one (warranty replacement). Both frames gave me the “blue screen of death” and would not boot up. $150 wasted.
