Commission-free trading with transparent pricing.

Cons

Privacy and identity concerns (requests for sensitive info like SSN, address, or phone) and potential phishing.
Connectivity and support reliability issues (frequent network problems and non-working online support).
Fees and funding friction (minimum deposits/withdrawals and account threshold for certain features), plus withdrawal/reentry restrictions.
Account closure without notice due to identity verification.

Recent reviews

I was excited about commission-free trading, but this broker just became unusable for anyone trading regular stocks or penny stocks. Starting July 1, 2026 they’re adding a Platform Fee: $0.0055 per share with a $1.00 minimum per order. Do the math it’s crazy
