CIC M-bima Customer APP Allows you to access your policy details anywhere anytime. This app gives you access to all the information about your policies and many other options such as:

3. Tell a friends This allows you to share and refer friends and family to take up products

To log into your account from CIC- M-BIMA CUSTOMER APP for the first time, you will require your registered/current mobile number which will allow you to activate the app and set PIN if you are an existing customer with CIC. For new client it will allow you to register using your National ID number
