Thrive Hub provides a trusted, safe & secure network for you to work with your caseworkers to communicate and share progress on your path to a brighter future.

Thrive Hub Companion App Features:

• Browse & learn about support and services in your community, from employment to housing to food

• Request help when you need it so that your community providers can suggest appropriate next steps to help get you on the right track

• Collaborate with your providers by accessing your task list, referrals, and plans and reporting back progress

• Use calendar to manage your appointments with different community providers

• Safely share & store files, like a scanned copy of your drivers license, with your caseworkers

• Check your Thrive Hub email address that you can use for many purposes, such as for housing or job applications
