Acima: Lease Now & Buy Later

They are currently taking two leases from me for the same phone and won’t stop. They keep giving me settlements, I take it , but they still take the old lease, plus the new settlement. I thought once they saw what happend they would fix it. They refuse. I said I am going to the attorney general and they told me they will just blacklist my phone. This company is extorting me and I’m trying to call the fbi

I’ve had to use this app a few times and all the times I’ve used this app I haven’t had a good experience. Yeah sure I could be on the phone with customer service every time I run into a problem but honestly I shouldn’t have to, it should be user friendly. And not to mention their customer service doesn’t resolve anything. For example it keeps telling me I have a past due balance but I’ve paid it and went through on my end so not sure why it keeps saying that. Also it shouldn’t take 3-10 business days to go through especially if it already went through on my end. I’ve tried moving around stuff and calling and still nothing. Also it doesn’t take into account if your paycheck doesn’t go through to your bank right away. It automatically says past due and to call them. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone as it doesn’t do anything. Please try other services to finance before using this. Yeah not the best. ALSO NOT TO MENTION THEY RAISE CRAZY TAXES ON YOUR PAYMENTS SO BE AWARE!! Yeah def not an app we should be using.

Absolutely Amazing service, customer and everything. I was able to lease tires and boost my credit score! They are great and amazing lease service and in the future I definitely will be using them. Thanks ACIMA!
