It would make a huge difference and essentially makes app itself pointless. I am a huge WV supporter and would be able to do so more if the app was more dependable and developed!

As I said, this is not very user friendly. Every time I want to get in the app and send a quick note, I can't get in. I have tried for almost an hour this morning and can't see how to create a quick letter. My initial letter took several days to get in. But I am going to keep trying. Good morning Amani.
