why do i always have to wait for it to log on.

Dear eCrew Developers, We hereby demand that you immediately update this application to accurately reflect our schedules and enable crew members to perform their work duties without impediment. The application persistently displays a false “not connected to the internet” error, accompanied by numerous other defects and malfunctions. As a direct result, I am unable to reload or access my schedule within the app, leaving web browser access as the only workaround. This longstanding no-internet connectivity failure has persisted for years despite repeated reports. You must go the extra mile to fully resolve these critical issues without further delay. There is a clear and documented reason why so many users hold this application in low regard. Take immediate and decisive action to rectify these defects, as they are materially impacting a vast number of crew members and disrupting essential operations. This matter requires your urgent attention and prompt remediation.
