This company and this app is a joke! I have never been late making a payment on my shell card but now that imprint is handling my account instead of Citi I can’t make a payment, I’ve been on hold for almost an hour just to make a payment over the phone. I refuse to give my bank username and password in order to make payments through this stupid app. A requirement that’s not even legal to request not to mention prohibited by my credit unions terms. THIS APP AND COMPANY SUCK

Would give negative 100 if possible. You get a chat bot or virtual assistant who cannot understand or answer questions. My card has been “in shipping“ for several weeks. The answer I received is I can request a new card or activate my current card which I do not have yet because still being shipped somewhere in the nether!!
