Faster and without the hassle of the waiting room, you can chat with a doctor online or over live video from your smartphone or laptop. Just like an in-person visit, your doctor will take your medical history and symptoms, and recommend a treatment including e-prescriptions and lab work

HOW IT WORKS:

• Text Consultations: Have a question about your medication or some symptoms that are troubling you? Ask your healthcare providers what you need to know. Attach photos or test reports. You will receive a brief, educational and confidential answer within 24 hours
• Video Consultations: A convenient way to talk with your healthcare providers, when an in-person consultation is not needed. Receive appointment booking and post-session consultation summary
• e-Prescriptions: Standard prescriptions for clinic or online services which can be printed, saved or shared with your local pharmacy
• Online Payments and Billing:Payments for virtual consultations can be done via Vodafone’s M-PAiSA or credit card
