Lock-screen/widget updates broken: widgets and lock-screen status no longer update or wake properly, causing stale data and battery drain.
Login/verification issues and sign-in loops after app updates; sometimes you can’t access your vehicles from the app.

Recent reviews

The Rivian assistant is a good idea in theory. The problem is the Rivian software is so unstable that one would think they have higher priorities. I would sincerely appreciate it if Rivian could get saved seat positions working consistently before they continue putting so much effort into the assistant. The infotainment center crashes on me 12 times a week. They could fix that? Or how about correcting all of the highway assist maps? If I had a nickel for every time I was told a road was ending when it wasn’t… the assistant itself is disappointing. She cuts you off when you are speaking sometimes mid word. The wake words never work period.
