UOK is built around two principles: simple and non-invasive. It does not require always-on GPS sharing, and it’s designed to deliver reassurance without tracking your daily life.

How it works (3 steps) 1 Set an alarm (your usual wake-up time is fine) 2 Add people who check in on you (family, friends, coworkers, etc.) 3 Each morning, just stop the alarm • Stopped = “I’m okay” signal • Not stopped = “Not Confirmed” notification
