The app comes with amazing features. You can track your progress and it has a Streak to help you keep the momentum going by watching your streak grow. This is a tangible info for you to see your GROWTH. It also has different, various meal plans catered to individual’s preferences like vegan, pes, and a regular one. They also have a fat loss meal plan. The programs are for you to pick one and follow daily as instructed. However, if you wish to workout without using a program or follow through (say if you dare wanna workout more), you can go to the Demands, which is a library with all workouts for you to pick). This app is amazing! It’s mainly for women, but I wouldn’t advise against men signup for this. It is based on Strength Training - you customize as you wish.

This app has helped me so much so far. I’m 5 months postpartum and been working out for 3 weeks now. I feel so strong and confident. Can’t wait until I finish my current program so I can see the results. 10/10
