I use this app twice every week to deposit approximately 20 checks each time. There are at least 4 checks that don’t get read correctly for the amount that I need to manually correct. The checks are computer printed, not hand written, and it has a hard time reading them. At least once a week, after I have manually corrected the amount, the app changes the amount back to the incorrect amount. Then I have to have my AR person call the bank to get it corrected. I wish I had another option, but this is the only way I have to make these deposits. I do not recommend using this app.
