The experience of being forced to use Ticketmaster always puts a damper on a Sheas night. It’s always frustrating to use and worse than downtown Buffalos potholes.

Can’t load my tickets or transfer them. Had to get paper tickets at will call. No one to offer app support to fix it.

The Sheas app will not bring up my ticket and since I can’t use Ticketmaster, I can’t get to my ticket. My rating is actually less than one star.
