I love the YouTube chain. Mounir and his team are doing more for educating people on personal finances than anyone before. It’s not pro bono as the service of Finary is not free and the financial products proposed mean business. Finary is certainly going to be a beautiful FinTech company. All my admiration remains for that. But the issue is more basic : the application does not work well. It uses Powens that does not do a proper job at agregating data or linking accounts. With bank 1 (a well-known brick and mortar French bank), it only picks the checking account data. With bank 2 (a US financial institution), the numbers are wrongly reported, by a long shot! With bank 3 (a well known Fintech), the link is simply impossible. I am sure that with online support and phone calls, it is possible to solve the issues but the point of the Finary appplication is to make personal finances easy. So, it is an absolute no-go and a personal disappointment.

I love this app. Very easy to understand with great user friendly experience. Easy to connect all your accounts and track your extra expenses/assets equity You can educate yourself. French people that live in USA can’t buy ETF in France if they pay taxes in the U.S. *
