Mobeye messages

The Mobeye Messages App gives you a simple and reliable way to receive, manage, and respond to alarm and service messages from your Mobeye devices.

Stay informed and respond quickly with the Mobeye Messages App

• Receive instant push notifications with a clear alarm sound whenever a Mobeye device detects a critical event.
• Confirm alarm messages directly from your phone or see which contact persons have already confirmed the message, so everyone stays informed.
• Quick access to the Mobeye Portal for authorised account users.

Depending on your Mobeye Portal settings

• Alarm messages can be delivered as an escalation flow or as a group message.
• For extra reliability, you can enable a backup voice call in the Mobeye Portal. If the alarm message is not confirmed promptly, the system will automatically place a voice call.
