The Cooper&Hunter Remote app enables a wide range of options for controlling Cooper&Hunter WiFi-Ready A/C units. Easily install a C&H WiFi Kit for each so they can be controlled independently using your mobile device.

This app will enable you to easily turn your units ON and OFF, set the temperature for each room, alternate between C° and F°, switch modes (COOL, HEAT, AUTO, and FAN), and adjust the fan speed (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, and TURBO).

The C&H Remote Schedule allows you to set daily or weekly controls on your unit so it can automatically turn ON and OFF, as well as adjust to set temperatures and modes, according to your customizations.

The Sleep Curve feature allows very specific customization in regards to how your unit will operate throughout the night. This provides a great opportunity to save energy as the human body more easily acclimates to various temperatures when it is sleeping.

If you experience any malfunctions or issues with your C&H unit, the Check Function will scan for error codes, which will help to pinpoint the problem when troubleshooting and/or maintenance are required.

The QR Share Access feature makes it easy for multiple users, such as members of a household or corporate office team members, to control the climate settings.

This app is compatible with North/ South American Models.

Overall, users say the app is easy to set up and offers useful remote control, scheduling, and away-access features. However, recurring problems include unstable server login, poor UI state feedback, turbo mode regressions, temperature unit and reading issues, and an inability to disable LED/beep via the app.

Easy setup and quick remote control via the app.

Cons

Unreliable server/login connectivity and frequent sign-in/connection errors.
UI feedback issues after updates: on/off state or selection visibility is poor (buttons appear white).
Turbo mode issues: it either doesn't stay on or resets after being activated.
Temperature handling problems: stuck on Celsius, limited Fahrenheit option, and temperature readings can be inaccurate.
LED/beeping controls cannot be disabled from the app.

Recent reviews

Not only can you not tell if the function is on/off because the button color was taken away in the last update but also in scenes activation times for on/off have been removed. You use to beanie to set a specific time for the split to go on and turn off at a latter time. NOW when you create a scene all the excite button does is either turn the unit on or turn the unit off. PLEASE fix this and bring those past features back!!!!!!!!!
