User Reviews

Overall sentiment is largely negative. Reviewers repeatedly say the app is unnecessary, simply directing users to websites and forcing a download. The most frequent complaints are ticket access problems: slow performance, unresponsive links, login errors, and tickets not loading or being retrievable on event day. Users also want easier ticket delivery, ideally Apple Wallet or emailed barcodes, rather than printing or using the app. The food-ordering feature is buggy and requires separate credentials with payment/login failures. A minority report it works for them, but results are inconsistent.
Pros
  • Some users report the app works and loads tickets, including successful first-use.
  • When functioning, it provides a centralized way to buy tickets and place food orders.
  • A few reviewers note that, when it works, the app can offer a straightforward ticket access flow in one place.
Cons
  • The app is seen as unnecessary and mostly redirects to external websites, effectively forcing a download with little added value.
  • Frequent ticket access problems: slow/laggy performance, unresponsive links, login errors, and tickets not loading or being retrievable on event day.
  • Tickets are not easily accessible via Apple Wallet or emailed barcodes; printing at the venue or manual access is often required.
  • The food-ordering feature is buggy and requires separate credentials, with reported payment/login failures.
  • General UX frustrations include forced updates/resets and other hurdles that hinder a smooth user experience.

I received an email confirmation that I purchased my tickets, but when I log into the app they’re not there.

It’s an app that directs you to websites, what a waste! Just let people pull up tickets on the regular website & add to phone wallet, it’s 2024 already! Unnecessary apps are wasting everyone’s time.

Just trying to access tickets I purchased to a Shell event, so I downloaded the app, as instructed. It’s incredibly laggy/slow. Several of the links aren’t responsive - I just tap and nothing happens. Every time I try to log in, I get an “unable to log into anonymous account” error. What on earth does that even mean?!
