However, its biggest recurring complaints are missing calendar integrations and communication tools, along with reliability issues and limited team-management features, which hamper day-to-day use for coaches, players, and families.

Im not sure why our club went with this app. Its by far the worst app I’ve had to use for club and team management. It’s not intuitive and does not have a good web interface. It has the worst calendar integration and I hate everything about that.

The UI is not reactive and has consistent latency. The amount of times I see the “write a review” button is annoying and gets to the point where I can’t use the app without it populating every 15 seconds on certain areas of the main page. Well here you go coachbetter. Here is your 3-star rating. Stop showing up on my screen.
