Anchor Alarm: ZENKOU PRO

We love this anchor app and really want to give it five stars. As full time cruisers that were at anchor for two years straight in the South Pacific this was our go to anchor alarm. It has as the bells and whistles that are important to us. In 90% of the cases we’re satisfied with the free version. In rare instances we want the premium features and at a price of $25 for the year we felt it was worth it. We subscribed in March, but unfortunately we have not been able to unlock the premium features. A couple times over the past nine months we wanted to access premium features, unable to do so we reached out to customer support (at least twice) and our message fell into a black hole and there was no response. It’s possible it’s user error on our part (what email did we use? It was so long ago!), but we can’t work that out without getting a response back from Zenkou. Again, this is a fantastic anchor alarm, even at the fee base version. We just wish we could contact support.

Very easy to use anchor alarm system. Gives me flexibility in adjusting my anchor location. I have tryed others and find this is the easiest to work with. Dorla V

I have paid the 100$ for lifetime but it still tells me I need to subscribe for the features. We have paid for the live and yet it goes off constantly even though our boat has never moved.
