The exercises are carefully designed to strengthen our whole bodies with attention to cardio health as well. I absolutely love this app. OFF makes working out at home so easy. I don’t have to get in a car and drive somewhere just to feel like even in the gym is judging me. I work out in my basement without any worries. The workout calendar is amazing! It is balanced and all planned out for me. There are so many other bonuses in the app, too! Recipes, yoga, prehab exercises, mindfulness. Something for everyone. I have been using the app for 4 years and my strength and fitness has improved so much! If you can commit to 30 minutes a day, I know that you will get stronger and fitter, too!
