The company governance structure is distributed among a pioneering investment group based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Egyptian entrepreneurs. In this realm, the group consists of five companies that provide innovative integrated solutions for urban mobility within an inclusive approach.

Mwasalat Misr operates in Egypt based on contracts with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), the Egyptian Ministry of Transport through the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LTRA), and the Cairo Governorate Cairo Transport Authority (CTA).
