User Reviews

The Ants: Underground Kingdom is praised for its deep, strategy-driven ant world and strong player communities, with events that keep players engaged. However, many reviews converge on serious downsides: stability issues and crashes on some devices; pervasive monetization that makes progression feel pay-to-win; billing and customer-support problems including double charges; a toxic, under-moderated community; and a frustrating UI with a long, opaque tutorial. Balancing issues also haunt paid content, diminishing long-term value for paying players. The game remains appealing for dedicated players, but fixes in stability, support, moderation, and balance are needed.
Pros
  • Engaging strategy gameplay with ants and events that players praise.
  • Strong social/clan aspect with global players and teamwork.
  • Long-term depth and replayability; players play for years across multiple accounts.
  • Competitive events and rankings that add excitement and give ongoing goals.
Cons
  • Pay-to-win / monetization heavily influences progression; premium ants and paid content can lose long-term value.
  • Billing issues and poor customer support, including double charges and disputes.
  • Toxic player base with harassment and weak moderation across accounts.
  • Clunky UI/UX and a long, tedious tutorial that hampers new players.
  • Balance concerns with paid content, leading to ROI disparities and perceived negative value for non-spenders.

Why did I have to wait so long to play the game on my own? Instead of being able to make my own decisions, I had to click each and every thing that was suggested for a long time at the beginning. I would have much preferred a help or info button if I needed help instead of being forced to play the game a certain way.

This is rated 5 star just so YOU and other players/potential downloads Can see: The game is rather fun at the start, while I would say the Constant tutorial is a big problem the main problem is the people, I’m sure you’ve heard it before, and not everyone is bad.. but be careful! The tutorial will FORCE you to join an alliance that is almost full and constantly online so the bad people can get to you! This happened to me and less then a minute after I was forced to join I got a message from the leader of the alliance who FIRST thing asked for my age and where I live? Absolutely not! After telling him I won’t be chatting on the alliance and after I left he still had access to me, and ended up asking once again for that same information! I don’t know what he was going to do with it but I ended up deleting the game and after reading more reviews for it I learned that that’s actually a HUGE problem, fairy/the ants player support even says they found many alliance’s made FOR farming players information and stealing, money. property etc and instead of doing anything about it just gives you a warning about them, while it may seem like: “if you do it it’s your fault” kinda thing because they warn you they are avoiding responsiblty and even though they know who’s doing it they won’t ban, kick, or give ANY penalty at all, worst of all people pray on kids and sometimes target women and harass them till they leave the game, and if you don’t give them the info they want they raid your anthills as punishment. Be careful getting this game and please click the 👍 on this review so nobody gets hurt or stolen from.
