I have been trying to login my email and password it keep on saying wrong email or password meanwhile I’m sure of my details I click on forgot password still I can’t get a code each time I click on get a code error message still pop up. This app is just a mess

It only connected once and when i lost bluetooth connection I couldn’t connect the watch to my phone again because it couldn’t find it!!

Ii just used it for about 10 days then connection between the app and the device got disconnected, trying to log in the app it gives me invalid mail or password, then i click on forgot password (although I’m sure my password is correct) it gives me “email doesn’t exist”, then i go to the “register new user” it gives me “email already exists”, The app doesn’t include a help or support for such technical issues, it is simply a waste of money
