I purchased this app expecting accurate content and a quality learning experience, but encountered numerous issues, including incorrect answers, inconsistent explanations, spelling mistakes, and formatting errors. Some questions were especially confusing because answer choices and explanations did not match. After noticing these problems, I found that many other users had reported similar concerns. I contacted the developer, but instead of directly addressing the issues, I was asked to document them in an Excel spreadsheet, which felt like shifting quality-control responsibilities to customers. When I requested a refund, I was told it could not be provided due to Apple's policies. Regardless of the reason, customers may end up paying for a product with known issues and limited resolution options. Before purchasing, read reviews carefully and do your research. Based on my experience, the reported content and formatting problems appear to be widespread, and other apps may offer a more reliable experience.
