It is impossible to obtain any items-they are either completely unavailable or they appear only to vanish instantly.I used to receive a multitude of items in the past ,but now I haven’t been able to get a single one for 3 months .I am deeply disappointed that they no longer actually provide items,instead they simply exploit you using your clicks merely to boost the products view counts

I have been locked out of my account now for over seven months. I used to love this app and I’ve completed over 65 campaigns. It was so much fun to get products that I haven’t tried before and be able to review them. Now with their update, you have to verify your identity. I completed that as soon as it came and was “ not verified”. I have tried everything I possibly can to get a hold of somebody and get this corrected. There’s no option to try to re-verify your identity. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely useless. I have sent in multiple tickets with their chat support over the identity verification and requesting support. My ticket always moves to the “ resolved” side when I can tell you that absolutely nothing has been resolved. I’ve received no help whatsoever in seven months. There is no phone number available to try to reach somebody voice to voice. I have sent emails to their help email, and receive nothing back. Do better weSponsored!!! this type of customer service is not how you treat your app users!
