Unreliable payment flow: cannot pay after parking, QR codes fail, payments not acknowledged, and you may receive parking notices or be charged twice.
Lack of modern payment options and data controls: no Apple Pay/Google Pay; cannot delete card; privacy concerns about stored card data.
Onboarding friction and information quality: requires knowledge of rules, asks for too much information, rigid/account creation feels unnecessary.
Poor customer support and unresolved issues: unhelpful assistance and conflicting guidance.
Notifications of charges despite payment due to system issues.

Recent reviews

Terrible app that assumes that you know all their rules and gotcha traps. It is set up in such a way to try and make following guidelines impossible, and thus enabling them to collect additional fees. Conflicting information contrary to local instructions. If you are traveling and thinking of using one of their garage parking services, you do so at your own peril!
