Instead of these general guidelines, CIPRA.ai will provide personalized recommendations based on the lifestyle factors that have the greatest impact on your hypertension or diabetes. Each recommendation will focus on a precise aspect of your lifestyle making it easy to implement in your daily routine.

UNDERSTAND YOUR TOP LIFESTYLE FACTORS

CIPRA.ai uses lifestyle data collected from wearables (such as Fitbit) and blood pressure (BP) and blood glucose (BG) data collected from at-home monitors (such as Omron or iHealth) to run a personalized analysis based on artificial intelligence to determine your top lifestyle factors impacting your BP or BG. The app displays your top lifestyle factors and shows whether they have a positive or negative influence on your BP or BG.

UNDERSTAND YOUR TRENDS

The CIPRA.ai app provides automatic weekly updates on how your BP and/or BG is progressing and sets a personalized target. Your data is presented in a simple, interactive graph that allows you to easily understand how your BP and/or BG is trending. You can change the time scale to view both long-term and short-term trends in your data.

INTEGRATE WITH APPLE HEALTH

CIPRA.ai integrates with the Apple Health app to utilize your lifestyle data for enhanced personalized analysis. After granting the CIPRA.ai app permission to access your Apple Health data, the app will autonomously collect and analyze your data using artificial intelligence to find relationships between your lifestyle behaviors and BP or BG. Based on this analysis, CIPRA.ai will provide you precise insights into which lifestyle factors have the greatest impact on your BP or BG.

EASY DATA LOGGING

While most lifestyle data (such as activity and sleep) is automatically collected by wearables, other data can be manually recorded in the CIPRA.ai app. The app includes a daily questionnaire that asks you to record your stress, mood, and dietary choices in the past 24 hours. These questions take less than 1 minute to answer and are clinically designed to be most relevant for hypertension and diabetes management. Your answers to these questions help drive the app’s personalized analysis of your top lifestyle factors. The app also includes a medication questionnaire where users can record if they have taken their hypertension or diabetes medications and a weight questionnaire for recording body weight.
