0 Stars if I could. The app is broken for multiple reasons. 1: There’s a bunch of HTML coding when you open the app at the top. 2: You cannot cancel an appointment. It comes back as you need to answer the survey question. 3: Only in person appointments show up. Any video/phone appointments aren’t displayed. If you want to utilize this to schedule other appointments outside of entities that don’t utilize this app; it’s impossible to do so. Messages sent from your provider aren’t received nor do you have the ability to send a message. What exactly is the point of this app if you can’t utilize it efficiently and effectively?

I've tried to submit one of the forms for personal information. I input everything and then clicked save as draft, nothing happened. Then clicked submit, nothing happened. Then it kicked me out and when I went back in, all of my information was gone. Extremely frustrating!
