We show you the restrooms closest to you, and by taking their opening hours into account, we offer you the best solution for your urgent needs.

Having a problem with the restrooms you use? (Closed/broken, hygiene issues, long queues) Report it on ICI-Toilettes and help improve the service. You can also rate the places you visit by awarding them 1 to 5 rolls of toilet paper (credits).

No user account or subscription required: ICI-Toilettes is free, fast, and easy to access. With a single click, visit one of our partner businesses (no application presentation required) and enjoy the complimentary restroom without making a purchase.

Our solution is designed to be eco-responsible and supportive of local businesses. We compensate our partners monthly for their service to the community. We place citizens at the heart of the connected city by allowing them to interact with the system. Your feedback on issues and ratings contributes to the success of the ICI-Toilettes solution: this information is processed and analyzed (anonymously: no user account is created) to improve the service offered to you in public restrooms or at our partner locations. We market our service to municipalities so that users can access additional restroom options beyond public restrooms.

We partner with associations that support us and believe in our approach: we donate 15% of our revenue to them.
