Downloaded app all it allows me to do is to sign in. I never signed in never opened an account yet trying to start from the very beginning, but it won’t give me that option.

Terrible app, extremely buggy and worrisome given it’s connected to our alarm system. Logs me out after each use, buggy with stored credentials, and sometimes doesn’t even let me log back in. Unfortunately I may be stuck with it for our alarm system. It’s actually so bad I may just have to use our wall panels. Too bad- coulda been great.
