Halt the Salt!

A game for primary school-aged children to learn about healthy low-sodium food. Learn to recognise and read food packaging labels and nutritional information and help your avatar advance in the game.

CATCH-IT! Earn coins by catching food items with lower sodium, while avoiding those with higher sodium. Low sodium items are marked with a “healthier choice” logo consistent with those seen on food packaging in Singapore. High sodium items are marked with a bomb. The pace of the game increases with levels. Climb the ranks and unlock all 12 levels!

SUPERMARKET QUESTS Use the coins earned in Catch-it! to enter the supermarket. Complete quests given to you by your avatar’s family members and select healthier, low-sodium food items that match their requirements. Players will learn major supermarket food categories and acquire skills to read and compare food labels. Keep your family members happy and healthy to level up!
