Very disappointing customer service experience. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the issue I contacted support for was not handled professionally. Communication was poor and there was a lack of basic courtesy and accountability. They will also take your money and not refund you. Its not clear that its a yearly subscription not monthly. Would not recommend based on this experience.

They don’t answer their info or support mails and no other means to contact them. Also no ways to cancel your subscription other than cancelling your card !!

The monthly subscription is not truly monthly!!! It is a yearly commitment that gets paid monthly. You only find out when you cancel your membership. Very bad experience.
