Recipes are so yummy and suitable for all different tastebuds and very easy to follow. I felt very energetic and light throughly the day which increased my productivity as well. I generally feel bloating after eating too much fiberous fruits or vegetables at once which I didn’t feel at all during the course even after consuming it in a great amount. My whole family was able to enjoy this delicious recipes with me as well, so thank you so much and I am planning to follow this diet once every 15 days. Thank you for making it easy and delicious!
