Sign-in problems and subscription/feature changes add to user frustration. Overall, useful when it works, but often unreliable and missing essential controls.

Overall the app works well. Just one thing I can’t do is lock the car from anyplace like my vehicle did before it needed this app with the associated device.

Would love a pre start through the app for either heat or ac. I live in a small town in Colorado so half the time would love to pre start my car w some heat going but also live in Az half the year so would love a pre setting for ac
