Clavister OneConnect provides full network-level access to corporate resources over encrypted SSL VPN. Using Apple's Packet Tunnel Provider Network Extension, the Chrome extension delivers anytime, anywhere access to critical apps such as email, VDI, and other resources protected by Clavister NetWall Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW).

Pairing with Clavister IdAuth or IdAuth Cloud and Clavister OneID enables simple two-factor authentication (2FA). The extension is free to use but requires a Clavister NetWall NGFW running cOS Core 13.00.09 or newer. For more information, visit clavister.com.

Users praise the app as generally good and sometimes better than Cisco AnyConnect, but several repeat issues hurt stability. Key problems include GnuTLS pull-function errors causing OCServ compatibility failures after updates, TCP instability with disconnects, significant battery drain, credentials not persisting when switching apps, and a non-functional save configuration flow. Some feature requests appear (autoconnect, camouflage), but the main theme is update-related cryptography/compatibility issues and UX bugs limiting usability.
