SysTrack

SysTrack is a digital experience monitoring solution for IT departments that gathers and analyzes data on everything that may impact end-user experience. This app is SysTrack's collector for iOS devices. Through it, SysTrack captures data on the performance and usage of the device and other resources so that IT teams can understand what is at the root cause of issues and how to go about fixing them.

SysTrack can capture the following device information:

• Hardware and OS details
• Internal and external free space
• Network Interfaces
• CPU usage
• Memory usage
• Battery usage

The app does not collect personal data such as text messages, emails, and web browsing history.

Note: This app is not a Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution. It is meant for capturing device-level data for monitoring and diagnosing issues relating to the mobile device.
