I was hoping this was also a hearing test. The problem with hearing tests is the gap between frequencies is huge and not customizable. This would be usable if I knew what my hearing level was at the custom frequencies that I am able to put in. But I don’t and I’m still at a loss to know.

This app is perfect for audiophiles. Adjusting the variables for each frequency can be tedious and time consuming but once it’s done, my AirPods sound insanely good. I’m a classical music kind of guy and Apple’s algorithm doesn't seem like it’s designed for classical music. The one downside is that you can’t play music while adjusting the frequencies because Apple doesn’t allow that. I talked to the developer and he can’t do anything until Apple allows that kind of integration. Oh well.
