Users repeatedly report a dysfunctional iOS Bojangles app: it freezes or crashes during ordering and when applying coupons; promo codes often don't apply or aren't honored at checkout or in-store. Payment methods can fail, with card entry or Apple Pay problems. Drive-thru/pickup cannot be used in some cases, cart edits and order customization are broken, and some menus/features (gift cards, certain items) are missing or inconsistent across the app.

Recent reviews

This is one of the weakest fast food restaurant apps. Half of their restaurants do not participate with it and there are no rewards. Pitiful.

Why are they never any offers with this app? All the other apps like Popeyes,sonic, McDonald’s all have offers or some type of deals, so yall really need to do better with that. Ijs
