2026-06-30	Un*****	This app is a scam. Their description says get started for free and send a fax for free before subscription but it’s not true. You can’t do anything on this app without paying an excessively high amount of money and they steal data which is why they present that scam gimmick upfront trying to get you to first input all your info then put a pay wall barrier and predate against those consumers info. This app should be taken down off the apple App Store.

Although I carefully scanned and submitted clear documents, the recipients reported that the faxed copies were blurry and difficult to read multiple times. This defeats the primary purpose of a fax application. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the app stopped functioning properly two days before my subscription was supposed to expire. It repeatedly disappeared from the screen and closed unexpectedly, making it impossible to use the service I had already paid for. As a result, I was left without a working fax solution and had to look for an alternative app. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this application. The poor document quality, reliability issues, and problems occurring just before the subscription period ended left me feeling that I did not receive the service I paid for. Complete SCAM!!! I wish there was a ZERO star for this app!

After purchasing the $19.99/year plan (do not pay more than this), the company automatically assigned me an international fax number—and worse, it appears this number was previously associated with a doctor. As a result, I began receiving confidential medical faxes that clearly were not intended for me. I immediately contacted customer support to report the issue and requested a domestic number, explaining the seriousness of receiving private information. Customer support (“Mia”) informed me that the only way to get a new number was to repurchase the subscription, despite the fact that I had been a paid customer for only about 10 days. This response demonstrates a lack of concern for user privacy, basic business ethics, or customer service. At $7.99 per week for their advertised service, the priority appears to be extracting more money rather than correcting a legitimate and serious issue. The App Store is full of fax app alternatives. I strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

2025-12-09	An*****	I contacted customer support but nothing. I am unable to receive faxes cause it states no toner which is odd for a app, should automatically be in there for me to see. Waste of a subscription if it is not fixed, I’ll find a app that works all around.
