Suprisingly poor customer service. Promise of saving time and cost with integrated delivery services but has no way of monitoring or controlling quality of delivery services. Imagine running a business and have a poorly equipped driver show up barely on time and then not being able to deliver due to them arriving on motorbikes. That is the service you'll be paying for.
