The Nissan skyline that first came to the game as an import is impossible to beat people don’t even move and still win insane says that finished the race when I beat them by 5 sec and still lose u better ban those players or it’s gonna go from a 4.4 rating to 1.0

So i know this is probably a stupid request, but can you make it where you can sell your car even if you have one? Cause i really wanna buy a dragster and if i sold my car then i could, but it say’s i need a car to race since i only have one car. This is pretty dumb but this is more like a question.
