The Schüco IoF app allow you the following functions and is designed as a 2in1 app.

The app can be used as a B2B customer and as a B2C end customer

B2B Can only be viewed with login and appropriate authorization

• Create a digital element (digital twin)
• Allocation of the digital element to a building / project
• Localization
• Store all basic information incl. installation and acceptance date
• Create and view service request
• All data, Information and documents about an element can be viewed

End Customer: Can be used without login

• View element information, data and files relevant to end customers
• Create service request and view status
• Web links

The digital product is made available for use for at least one year starting from the download. Required updates are provided for one year from download.
