SIIT Student Support Hub (www.siitsupporthub.ca): A digital resource that welcomes faculty, support staff and students, gives them a feel for institutional culture, and makes information and services easily accessible within a click or two. Learners who study online/hybrid delivery do so with assumed flexibility. The SIIT Support Hub is an online platform that connects users 24/7 to all the important information and events taking place at SIIT. A digital safe space for all SIIT learners. Through SIIT Support Hub, there is quick access to campus news, learning resources, handouts, online articles, information about scholarships, support staff and scheduling a virtual oneon-one appointment, virtual learning strategies, student handbook, career center information, digital lunch and learn events, and employment opportunities.

SIIT Student Supports has identified 4 service delivery priorities to support students in a virtual platform: • Services that help learners engage with the institution • Services that help learners succeed in their studies • Services that help learners connect with each other • Services that help learners make a successful transition to the workplace
