It worked. After multiple calls to support. Tips: 1-the QR code you scan to pair is not on the label but another one under the security seal, had to scratch off residue with my nail to find it 2-it tells you to turn on ignition but the engine has to be running not just ignition on, otherwise confusing error about VIN 3- the wording strong key pairing is wrong. It basically said touch the working key then new key then original working key to the dash to program. But what you needed to do was original working then new then new again. Super confusing up but worked and saved me money.
