Sky My Account

Sky My Account is a free iOS app for Sky customers to manage Sky TV Box and Broadband services, all in one place. It lets you pay bills, set up Direct Debit or a credit card, review and edit your account details, and add packages, channels, Sky Arena, and Sky Box Office.

For Sky Broadband users, the app includes network tests and diagnostics, with the option to share results with NZ-based Sky Crew for faster assistance. You can also chat online with the NZ Sky Crew for support, helping you stay in control of your Sky services from your iPhone.
